The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. The owners were also very accommodating and welcoming. They even left some complimentary local snacks and drinks in the room, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel was perfect for a weekend getaway, as it was in a rural area with beautiful natural surroundings. The village itself was small and quiet, which added to the peaceful atmosphere. it was a great place to relax and unwind.
One of the downsides of the hotel was the lack of amenities in the room. There was no mirror in the bedroom, which was inconvenient.

The room was clean and modern, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was located in a beautiful countryside park area, which made for some stunning scenery. The on-site restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced.
The hotel didn't provide enough amenities for a longer stay. The lack of air conditioning could be a real issue in hotter months, as the only ventilation comes from an open window or door.

Very good room conditions for low price. The hotel is easy to find near the road Burgos-Soria (however, the hotel building is oriented so that road noise is not annoying). Our room had pleasant rural view. Abejar appears as very small traditional spanish town with old houses and medieval centre (the hotel itself seems as one of the only few modern building in the town). We would want to spend more time here, but our trip scheduler did not allow this.

The hotel is located in a beautiful countryside setting, offering great views and a relaxing atmosphere. Guests can take a stroll around the pretty village and enjoy the picturesque surroundings. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with memory foam pillows for added comfort. The hotel also provides free wifi, making it convenient for business travelers.
The lack of air conditioning in the rooms could be a problem during hotter months, as the only ventilation option is to open the windows.

The hotel is located quite near the main road, open windows mean road noise. (Which did not stop us from having a very comfortable sleep). Other than that we can not fault any aspect of the hotel, it's in a fabulous area of a Spanish countryside that is not well known to the average tourist. Well worth visiting!! The food prepared in the restaurant covers a wide variety and is very tasty as well as good value. With your own fishing tackle a licence can be arranged by the hotel and for the person liking horse riding, half and hour away in Naves del Pinar is a guy who takes people for a very scenic hack. The staff are mega welcoming, some speak English and could not be falted.

An excellent stopover on a journey through Spain. This property has only recently been returned to a hotel after falling on hard times as a retirement home it seems, but it feels brand new. The staff there are obviously working hard to make it a success, and nowhere demonstrated that better than the restaurant....simply excellent. Good quality food, beautifully presented at the right price !! We would go back just for the food ! All in all, very good value.

The location of this Hotel was ideally situated for a stop-over from the Northern Costa Blanca to the port of Santander, however during our stay we discovered the area is of outstanding natural beauty with lakes and beautiful walks and if like us you like the outdoor life it is an ideal location for hiking cycling and exploring, also the area is known for setas (mushrooms) and froie gras. The food was top class, there is a restaurant and a cafeteria and all is reasonably priced. The owner/directors were very friendly and helpful. The rooms large modern and comfortable and I would definitely recommend this hotel, we shall return in the near future and stay for more than one night.
